Peter is Managing Director of CFM Consulting Ltd (Coaching for More). They have a strong and well-earned reputation for providing high-calibre coaching skills programmes and individual executive coaching

He has a reputation for "getting things done through people" and his determination, drive and sense of humour enable results to be delivered in a way that many teams enjoy. As a professionally qualified business coach, Peter is currently working with a number of individual senior clients to assist in their desire to improve their contribution and performance in the corporate and private arenas.

He has facilitated Boards and senior management teams in a way which has enabled increased understanding of the complex nature of their business. He has assisted in finding ways to harness the best of the various elements that individuals bring to their respective companies. Peter employs a number of tools and techniques that whilst innovative have a solid practical application in the world of work.

His approach is through application, and understanding. His learning is through immersion. His ability to marry a logical and practical approach with emotional understanding has led, for example, to his previous employer achieving IIP, and securing accreditation with Strathclyde University for the UK 's first School of Coaching .

Peter has continued to work extensively with The University of Strathclyde in developing their coaching qualifications from certificate in performance (level 2) through to a post graduate diploma in Coaching (level 5) He is currently a visiting lecturer for both Strathclyde and Edinburgh Universities in the area of Coaching and has just completed his first book “Concepts of Coaching”, published by the a book Institute of Leadership and Management.
