Rob Garner
With nearly two decades of strategic experience as a top level HR Director in household name fmcg companies, more that half of it at plc board level, Rob has huge experience of energising change and delivering business results through people.
Now he runs his own consultancy practice, “Revitalising Organisations Ltd” and he specialises in sustaining the health and vitality of people and organisations as he supports them in leadership development, organisational change and coaching. Through experience and study, he has acquired a clear sense of how leading edge theories on organisational change can be put to practical, effective use in a commercial setting.
He puts his talents and energies to use with large and small clients across the range of human resource activities - from a root and branch strategic review for a major plc to representing a small charity at an employment tribunal.
In recent years, Rob has developed a strong interest and capability in Sustainable Development (Corporate Social Responsibility). He has experience of leading the development of a corporate strategy in this field which was featured as a case study in Chris Laszlo’s book “The Sustainable Company” and was described by the influential ENDS report as “probably the most searching examination against sustainability principles ever embarked upon by a major British company”.
