Sandra Wilson

Sandra is a human resource professional with over 25 years experience in people development. The main focus for her professional practice is engaging people in their own development and encouraging a holistic approach to personal growth.

Sandra works with a wide and diverse range of clients, both public and private sector, across the UK and Europe . She has a fundamental philosophy that individuals and groups can develop their potential beyond previous horizons and that organisations, like human beings, are more effective and survive longer if they are healthy. This philosophy underpins the work she does with individuals and teams to promote change, increase competence, improve performance in the workplace and promote healthy and effective relationships.

Sandra is internationally accredited to apply transactional analysis in organisational settings and to teach and supervise others who wish to obtain TA qualifications. She is a co-founder of the highly regarded Scottish Centre for Developmental Transactional Analysis.
