Mary Musselbrook

Koru has been established by Mary Musselbrook, an occupational psychologist and experienced organisation development practitioner.

In addition to undertaking solo assignments, she collaborates with a network of other professionals and independent consultants who are drawn in as appropriate to your needs.

Mary brings external consultancy experience in leadership coaching, team development and organisational change, working at the interface between organisational strategy and employee growth and development. She has contributed to a diverse range of private and public sector organisations, including financial institutions; manufacturing companies; professional firms; local government and the Health Service.

She has also held senior employee and organisational development positions within a multinational drinks company including the position of Director of Human Resources for one of the brand companies within the group. Her responsibilities included performance and talent management, leadership development and culture change programmes. This was against a backdrop of global and local restructuring initiatives culminating in a merger and acquisition process.
